This is just a quick overview of my own personal experience with the Noom Diet.
At the time of writing, I just turned 30... (Happy Birthday me!)
But ever since my early teens I have struggled with weight gain and trust me when I say this... I TRIED EVERYTHING!
But this problem really started to impact me when I was in my early 20s.
When I was young, the only impact my waistline had was on my self-esteem and thus my social-life, but once I hit my early 20's, it began to have an impact on my health.
When I was 22 years of age, I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes...
Because of this, I stepped up my health and wellness learning and efforts.
I had varying degrees of success on my own, but I REALLY wanted to do better.
So 4 years ago, I began to pay for online coaching through Noom.
I spent 2 years going through the Noom Diet and program and honestly... It was GREAT... for a while...
I went from a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 32, to 28.5. (I'd rather not say the weight)
But here's where the problem lies...
I did that in the first 6 months of the program and after that... despite all the work I was putting in, despite reaching out and paying more for 1 on 1 coaching...
I STAYED AT BMI 32...
So while I am grateful for the help the Noom Team provided me in getting started... I felt I had no other choice but to get out and start researching for myself again...
That's when I discovered it...

Now... my BMI has been in and around 19.5 - 20 for almost 2 years, I have MORE ENERGY than ever before and most importantly...
I STILL GET TO EAT THE FOOD I LOVE!
